Michelle Daneshrad 

Michelle Daneshrad is a collaborative attorney, mediator, and family law attorney. Her focus is protecting all interests of her clients, including financial, future interests, finality to the problem, and the cost-effectiveness of the legal process. Michelle’s effective mediation skills and her calm and powerful way of interacting makes her one of Southern California’s most respected and valuable mediators and collaborative professionals.

Education:
Graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in 2001, she was a recipient of CALI Excellence for The Future in Family Law in 1999. She was a member of Southwestern University Law Review from 1999 to 2000. She is a presenter and speaker on Family Law issues and Collaborative practice. She has been a speaker and trainer at Landmark Education training participants in communication skills.

Associations:
Family Divorce Solutions of San Fernando Valley (past president), and board member of Los Angeles Collaborative Family Law Association .

Advanced Training:
Michelle has participated as a mediator in Los Angeles Superior Court Family Law Department. She has received mediation training with advanced trainings in Victim Offender Restitution Services at the Center for Youth Services.

Vision:
Michelle is dedicated to transforming the role of lawyers from being competitive and adversarial to collaborative and compassionate counselors at law, providing a more sensible process to address what the parties are dealing with and what they really care about.
