Everyone encounters conflict in their daily lives. Conflict does not have to end in negative results. In fact, many positive results can come from well managed conflict. We will go over an understanding of anger and conflict and discuss ways of mitigating and transforming anger and conflict into more positive, productive experiences in our lives. This talk is directed to anyone who is dealing with conflict in their lives, whether it is from a divorce, conflicts with family members, work situations or groups of acquaintances. Everyone can do a better job of managing conflict and gain a better outcome.
